Threshold requirements include:
at least 5 years of experience as a manufacturer and supplier of airfield ground lighting transformers and connectors
proven track record of manufacturing and selling at least 6,000 airfield ground lighting transformers and 10,000 connectors in the last 5 years, with a significant portion supplied to OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) member countries
equipment installed in at least 3 international airports across 3 different countries
