A government department requires 3 vehicles to provide emergency ambulance services.
The vehicles will be used by Fire Services Department to provide emergency ambulance services for:
people whose conditions required immediate pre-hospital treatment
transferring people to hospital for medical attention at outlying islands of Hong Kong
The vehicles should:
have good manoeuvrability and be driven on narrow streets and hilly trails
be designed and manufactured in right-hand driving configuration
be able to carry a driver, 2 ambulance crewman and a patient on a stretcher
have a gross weight of at least 1,300kg
have a serviceable life of at least 7 years
