2.1 Title: Asbestos Management Software
2.2 Description of the goods or services required: The Moray Council are looking to procure asbestos management software to provide an effective user friendly database for survey information. The essential criteria that must be met in full is as follows:- The database must be able to be held on the cloud for easy web access with password protection for a large number of users- The software charges should ideally be an annual hosting fee with associated support as opposed to an up front capital purchase cost- The existing survey information held on a third party server has to be able to be uploaded (assuming access permission is provided) to the new software, with a minimum of configuration- The data should be able to be collected on site using a standard tablet- The software package must form the framework for recording future surveys which can be easily uploaded electronically in a simple operation- The software package must hold other information against buildings, such as floor plans, photos, management actions taken like encapsulation or removals, results of air tests and spot sampling- The software must have the facility for algorithm risk assessments- The software must have standard formats for running reports (with the ability to customise to suit The Moray Council brand) to produce Management Surveys and Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys- The software must be able to provide standard reports in a variety of formats to guide management actions like prioritised removals of ACM over a range of buildings, without the need for manual abstract- The software must be able to link to our ‘Uniform’ Asset Management system and ‘Confirm’ Maintenance Help Desk software- Initial training for staff is expected to be delivered at our Elgin base- The software should have a module with flexibility to be used for Legionella water managementIf your product can meet all the requirements noted, we would like to receive information for consideration before proceeding to competitive tender.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Public Contracts Scotland Web Site at
