Object of the contract
The Awarding Authority seeks to purchase a system capable of directly measuring ion channel activity, across differentiated airway epithelial cell cultures, in 24 well Transwell plate format (in situ). The apparatus will be primarily used by PhD students and should be able to provide reliable recordings with minimal user training. The apparatus will be required to combine ease of use with excellent functionality, suitable for our expanding research interest in ion channels.
