A large project needs supply and installation of a battery energy storage system.
You should be able to design, supply, install and commission a 125 Megawatt (MW) /160 MW per hour battery energy storage system.
You will need to start-up operation support for 2 years.
The project is aligned with the government medium and long term renewable energy target of:
100 MW of power storage to increase renewable energy power generation and reduce coal fired power generation in the Medium Term National Energy Policy (2018 to 2023)
renewable energy capacity increased to 20% of total generation capacity by 2023 and 30% by 2030
The project targets are:
610 Gigawatt hours (GWh) of annual renewable power evacuated
44 GWh of annual imported peak time electricity reduced
at least 650,000 tons of CO2 emissions avoided per year
These outcomes will be achieved by:
installing a large scale advanced battery storage system
institutional and organisational capacity enhancement
