4. Description: CDD Services require Bean to Cup Coffee Machines and Associated Goods and Services to be supplied to Darlington Memorial Hospital for either the purchase, lease or a free to loan contract.
The Trust are seeking suppliers that can provide one, two or all of the following options;

1. Free to Loan – Maintenance and servicing of the machines will remain the sole responsibility of supplier – the Trust will purchase consumables from the supplier
2. Lease of Machines – The maintenance and servicing of machines will be the sole responsibility of the supplier – the Trust will evaluate submissions for consumable options.
3. Purchase of Machines – The Trust will purchase the machines and require maintenance, servicing and consumable options.
