An energy company is looking for an Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) contractor to partner with on a project.
One of its clients is developing a gold mine project. It wants and an independent power producer to finance, supply, install and operate the mine.
As the project is in a remote area of Mongolia which is not connected to the grid, it needs:
a hybrid system of diesel power plant
solar power plant
battery energy system.
It is estimated that investment as over 15 million USD is needed for complete hybrid system with on-site distribution network.
