A large bank is inviting bids for the procurement of a core banking and general ledger system.
You should be able to supply a Core Banking and general Ledger System (CBS/GL) including operation and maintenance support for 36 months.
This is for a payment system modernisation project.
The CBS/GL system must comply with international standard requirement.
To be eligible to bid, you must:
have a positive net worth for the last 3 years calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities
have a minimum average annual turnover of USD 3,000,000 calculated as total payments received by the bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years
demonstrate that your financial resources of availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow requirement which is USD 1,000,000
have experience of successful completion record as main supplier, of at least 3 contracts within the last 5 years.
Each contract must be valued at least USD 2,000,000 for supply, implementation and support of CBS/GL.
