4. Description: During the summer of 2017, the awarding authority will be changing its name to Tai Tarian. A number of our staff currently wear branded uniforms, we will therefore need to provide new uniforms to staff from the date we introduce the new name.
The awarding authority are seeking to issue a Contract for Tai Tarian Corporate Clothing consisting of:
An OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery of all “core” goods from the Priced Schedule within 2-3 weeks of the Contract Start Date. Tenderers must be able to fulfil this requirement. If this requirement cannot be fulfilled then please do not submit a bid.
A delivery service direct to NPT Homes’ head office and satellite depots for additional items of the “core” goods, as and when required succeeding the initial OTIF delivery.
A collection service for additional items of the “core” goods, as and when required succeeding the initial OTIF delivery.
A collection and/or delivery service of additional products throughout the Contract period that are not listed in the Priced Schedule (“non-core” goods).

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. The awarding authority will be adopting the “non-core approach” as part of this procurement process. This means the Community Benefits Plan will NOT be evaluated and scored as part of the tender process. However, contractual clauses will set out the specific targets for delivery, to be agreed within 60 days of commencement of the contract.
