4. Description: Nottingham City Council (hereafter ‘the Authority’) is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Light Commercial Vehicles up to a maximum Gross vehicle weight of 7500kg. The vehicles can be powered by any motive power system or type – ICE or ULEV power trains vehicles are acceptable on the framework providing the vehicle meets or exceeds the necessary performance requirements. The Authority’s detailed requirements are defined in the Service Specification outlined in Section 4 of the Invitation to Tender Document.
In addition to Nottingham City Council, the member authorities of the Nottinghamshire Transport Group Consortium and all other Public Sector bodies, Regional and Local Authorities, NHS and Health, Education bodies and all Blue Light Sector operators are able to use this framework.
