Consultancy services for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system replacement and upgrade in St. Lucia.
The Government of Saint Lucia (GOSL) has embarked on the Vieux Fort Water Supply Redevelopment Project. It intends to apply for a consultant to replace and upgrade the SCADA system.
The consultancy objectives for the pre-solicitation phase are to:
perform assessment of the existing SCADA system
conduct strategic planning
analyse options to develop bidding documents for the procurement of a replacement system.
For the solicitation phase, you will need to assist the Water and Sewerage Company Inc. (WASCO) with the bidding, evaluation and selection of the vendor that will provide and install the new SCADA system.
You will need to support the new system implementation in the post award phase. This includes, but is not limited to, project management oversight and co-ordination between the SCADA vendor and WASCO staff
