The oxygen plant is to be installed at the General Hospital (GH) compound in St. George’s, Grenada.
It must be designed to provide piped oxygen to the hospital compound and to cylinder filling systems including the:

all subsidiary hospitals and community based clinics in Grenada.
The procurement is part of the contingency emergency response component of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) regional health project.
