Description
The government has received financing towards the cost of a railway electrification project and is using part of the finance for this work.
You must be able to design, supply and install signalling, telecom and supervisory control and data acquisition systems (SCADA).
To bid you must:
provide financial statements for the last 3 years to demonstrate your financial position have a minimum average annual turnover for the last 3 years, for contracts of $40 million
be able to demonstrate that your financial resources meet or exceed $6.6 million
have successful completed in the last 5 years at least 2 similar contracts, where the value exceeds $40 million
have experience in the design, supply and installation of at least 1 signalling, telecommunication and SCADA system for major railway systems
