A firm is seeking to procure 6 digital radiographic units for hospitals within the area.
The supplier must be able to:
demonstrate that they have supplied and installed at least 2 radiology equipment (MRI, or CT, or X-Ray and C-Arm) over the last 10 years. Suppliers can provide copies of signed contracts, purchase orders or equivalent
train personnel at least 2 weeks prior to the delivery of the equipment
demonstrate compliance to delivery schedule selected by providing
a letter from the manufacturer indicating manufacturing time for proposed equipment
shipping and logistical information for proposed equipment from manufacturing site to Montego Bay, Jamaica.
3. Clearing and installation time schedule.
Two client references on the same equipment proposed in this bid submission. The equipment must be used at a medical facility.
Client references are preferred from entities within the Caribbean, Latin America and North America. References must not be older than 6 months
International suppliers are required to submit a letter indicating their willingness to apply for the certification below should they be considered for the award of contract.
