The awarding authortiy would like to invite suppliers to offer a solution for a hospital which currently has no mortuary facility. The only facility the hospital can currently offer is a cold room whereby the air conditioning is constantly kept on.
Suppliers would be expected to offer a robust and affordable solution to keep the deceased in a dignified manner until certification and transfer to either the families chosen funeral directors or the health boards contracted funeral director can be arranged.
