The aim is to contract credible Education Management Organisation from the private sector to manage and improve functioning of public sector schools by introducing innovations, modernising the education system, addressing management gaps, maintaining and upgrading the school facilities etc.
The Project will be structured as a multi-year management contract, which shall include the responsibility of managing and operating public sector schools and achieving the key performance indicators. However, the ownership of the schools shall remain unchanged.
