Description: Tenders are invited for an Electronic Higher Education Achievement Record (HEAR) solution suitable for Higher Education (HE) and Research Institutions, hereafter called the ‘technical solution’. Those bidding for the tender must have proven experience with Higher Education and Research Institutions.
The University is looking to procure a technical solution which will provide a single, systematic, autonomous, and transparent approach to electronic HEAR production, sharing and verification.
The HEAR is intended to provide a fuller picture of a student’s university experience by incorporating detailed descriptions of the content of modules and courses taken, as well as offering a summary of verified extra and co-curricular activity undertaken during the course of study.
