A tender has been issued by a local authority for supply and installation of endoscopic equipment and related services
You must be able to supply and install 1 lot of endoscopic equipment and related services including:
3 video system centre, endoscopics
1 endoscopic ultrasound centre
3 Endoscopic High Definition LCD monitors
3 endoscopic CO2 regulation units
3 flushing pumps
2 maintenance unit and leakage testers
8 colonovideoscopes
1 pediatrics colonovideoscope
1 colonovideoscope with zoom function
6 gastrointestinal videoscopes
1 ultrathin gastrointestinal videoscope
1 ultrasonic gastrointestinal videoscope
2 ultrasonic probes
All equipment should be delivered in September 2020 (tentative)
Installation and testing are to be completed within 2 months before January 2021 (tentative) or at an agreed date.
You will also need to provide comprehensive service training by a qualified engineer, which should cover:
block diagram
detailed preventive maintenance procedures
calibration procedures
performance checks and troubleshooting
A warranty of at least a year should be provided free of charge during the warranty period.
Completed applications should be submitted in person or ‘by courier’ before 4am (GMT) on 8 June 2020.
Hong Kong is 8 hours ahead of the UK.
