A tender has been issued for excavators and trucks needed for a sustainable solid waste management project.
The tender has been divided into 2 lots.
Lot 1 is for 13 excavators (for dump sites)
Lot 2 is for 13 semi-trailer trucks with flatbed trailers
You can bid for one lot or combination of lots. Bid per item is not allowed and will be rejected.
To bid you should have:
Contractual experience
Have successfully completed within the last 3 years (2018 to 2020) as a main supplier, at least one contract similar in scope and valued at:
lot 1 US$1,248,000
lot 2 US$1,560,000
Technical experience
The excavators and trucks must have been in production for at least 3 years (2018 to 2020) and you should have supplied a minimum of:
lot 1 39 units
lot 2 39 units
The vehicles should have been operating satisfactorily for at least 3 years (2018 to 2020).
Production capacity
You should be able to demonstrate per each lot that you can supply the type, size, and quantity of the goods required.
Financial situation
You should be able to demonstrate your financial position showing long-term profitability by providing audited annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) for the last 3 years (2018 to 2020).
Size of operation
You should demonstrate an average annual turnover of (converted into US dollars) equivalent to:
lot 1 US$2,340,000
lot 2 US$2,925,000
Cash flow capacity
Bidder should demonstrate availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet any possible cash flow requirement that may arise during the execution of the contract, which is:
lot 1 is US$585,000
lot 2 is US$731,000
