Short description
The Awarding Authority is a grouping of Chief Librarians and Directors of Information Services drawn from all the higher education institutions in Specified Location.
This tender is being conducted by the Awarding Authorities to award 4-year framework agreement (on the basis of an initial agreement period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 12 months) for a sole provider of a Library Reading Lists System. This agreement will be open to all members of Awarding Authority to call off their own contracts within the framework duration, in order to implement their own Library Reading Lists system.
