4. Description: This tender is to establish a framework for the supply of Bedpans, Urinals and Related Product and Services.
This ITT will be run as a restricted procurement exercise, with a multi source award, being awarded to a maximum of 3 suppliers for each of the lots 1 & 2.
The framework will provide suitable products, training and maintenance for Bedpans, and Macerator Equipment.
The requirements are split into two lots and bidders will be at liberty to Tender for one or all.
Lot 1 – Dipsoable Medical Pulp:
– Bedpans Liner
Bedpan Supports
– Slipper Pan Liner
– Slipper Pan Supports
– Urinals – Male and Female Bottles
– Wash Bowls
– Emesis Bowls
– Trays
– Pulp Jugs
Lot 2 – Macerators – Devices & Servicing
The products covered in Lot 2 includes the following items:
– Macerator Devices
This lot also includes the provision for the maintenance and repair of macerators.
Both Lot 1 and Lot 2 will be awarded to 3 suppliers, the contract duration will be for 2 years with the option to extend for two additional periods of 12 months.
