Tendering with a European open procedure for the supply of fuels to Midwaste members.
Purpose of the call for tenders
To conclude a framework agreement with one or more contracting parties for the supply of various types of fuel for the Clients’ vehicles.
The clients are:
Buha BV Doetinchem (lots 1 and 2)
Municipality of Oss (lots 3 and 4)
Joint arrangement Cure Eindhoven (lot 5)
WeenerXL Groep ‘s-Hertogenbosch (lots 6 and 7)
The contracts for plots 1 to 5 have a term of three (3) years with an option to extend them twice by thirteen (13) months.
Pitches 6 and 7 have a term of two (2) years with an option to extend two (2) times twelve months.
The starting date for all framework agreements is 1 January 2019. The start of delivery is on 1-1-2019.
