Description: The Awarding Authority wish to appoint companies with the necessary experience, capabilities and infrastructure to supply, deliver and support the following Ground Care equipment to augment their current Grounds Maintenance service capabilities:- 3 No Compact Tractors complete with Mid-Mounted Decks – (Lot 1) 6 No 48” Pedestrian Banks Mowers – (Lot 2) 2 No 36” Pedestrian Banks Mowers – (Lot 3) 2 Hydraulic Power Units complete with Rotary Brushes – (Lot 4) 1 No New Professional Grade Self-Propelled Pedestrian Scarifier Unit (Bowling Greens) – (Lot 5) Please refer to appendices for detailed specifications for each lot. All equipment to be delivered to specification, fully assembled, fully fuelled (where applicable), Pre-Delivery Inspected and with a complete set of replacement Original Equipment filters. Suppliers can apply for all or individual lots. 1. Final acceptance of all equipment will be based on an inspection carried out by Derry City and Strabane District Council Fleet Manager or designate. Failure to comply with all aspects of specification may result in refusal. 2. Note: Derry City and Strabane District Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender submitted. Derry City and Strabane District Council reserve the right to amend the quantities tendered in response to the availability of financial resources.
