You must be able to supply 7,000 to 17,000:
Devices
Protective sleeves
Carrying straps
The devices should:
withstand being dropped onto concrete from a height of 3 feet
be at least 7 inches in size
have a minimum 8MP rear camera
have capacity to store the records of between 500,000 to 2.3 million people
You will also be required to develop a mobile device management (MDM) software and provide integration services for these devices.
If successful you will be required to register locally.
