The vehicle should:
be capable of carrying a driver, a front crew member in the driver cab and 4 crew members in a separate crew cab
have enhanced detection, containment, protection and disposal equipment in the cab chassis
be of robust design to withstand prolonged and continuous operations
have 6 external lockers with roller shutters, mountings, drawers, trays, racking systems and tail lifts
have a serviceable of at least 15 years
