Petrojam Limited invites qualified bidders to respond to a request for quotation for the supply of replacement heat exchanger tubes.
Petrojam limited wishes to procure the services of a suitable qualified company for thesupply of replacement heat exchanger tubes for its E-4 Heat Exchanger.The contractor is required to furnish all the necessary materials, quality assurance,supervision, labour, transportation, tools, equipment, and other services necessary tosupply, test and inspect the tubes for the above mentioned heat exchanger. The supply ofthe subject exchanger tubes shall be as per given parameters and in accordance with thepurchase order, specifications, and the requirements for the design, fabrication, and testingas per the ASME Section VIII Division 1 and the requirements of Petrojam Limited.
The successful bidder is required to have the above mentioned ready for shipment to the port ofKingston, Jamaica within 60 days after the contract is received.
The supplier/manufacturer/bidder will be required to provide Petrojam with the relevant test and calibration certificates for the exchanger tubes, preferably from an independent body/person, exchanger tube data sheet and exchanger tube Fact Sheet. Bidders are required to indicate specific incoterms, delivery time and payment terms in the bid.
The proposed heat exchanger tubes must comply with A/SA 179 (ASTM/ASMEA/SA179, SA-213-T11). Standard specification for seamless cold-drawn low-carbonsteel heat and alloy steel exchanger and condenser tubes.
