On selection, shortlisted supplier’s will be issued with a formal pre-qualification and/or Invitation to Tender (ITT) to demonstrate their ability to work with these values and behaviors in mind, whilst proving their demonstration of capabilities and competence.

Additional information for bidders Include any special notes for bidders: Due to the number of staff being employed to work on BBV, which has increased from several hundred at contract award to circa 2500, the management of personal data, employment lifecycle management and data reporting for HS2, a Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is required to manage employee-based risk. In order that costs can be more accurately tracked and support the projects contractual objectives there is a defined need for accurate and current people data. The HRMS will allow a high volume of staff queries to be tracked and supported by a small central HR service. Enable a single management on behalf of the JV partners and aid in supporting BBV, IPT and HS2 people objectives.
