Supply, delivery and installation of an infectious waste disposal solution for a regional hospital.
You should be able to supply an integrated autoclave with shredder. It must be fully automated and easy to operate to process hazardous medical waste from within hospital facilities.
The sterilisation and shredding process should be enclosed in a single sealed stainless steel vessel. The unit should be compact to include an automated lifter, dumper and vacuum pump. It should be supplied with a boiler and appropriate water softener system including test kits to determine and monitor water hardness.
An automatic in wall cleaning technique should be available to reduce corrosion of chloride ions during each cycle.
The unit should have core features and advantages over the traditional incineration process including:
it being easy, safe, efficient and environmental-friendly
a green process without hazardous emissions, chemical-free and NO radiation
on-site treatment to avoid the risk of secondary infection
advanced technology against chloride ion corrosion in medical waste
advanced odour control technology to ensure comfortable working surroundings
easily disassembled shredder technology to shorten the maintenance and blades changing time
a remote monitoring and recording system to enable staff to observe and control the live process from the office.
