A request for quotation for cyber security logging equipment and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
You should be able to supply and install hardware and software for:
cyber security logging
a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system
It is needed to
replace out of date systems
refresh the IT environments, at NATO Computer Incident Response Centre (NCIRC) in SHAPE, Mons.
The work is for:
A partial refresh and development of the current Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system including:
upgrading and migrating the existing Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) with new hardware
deployment and configuration of the AirSight Management Centre (ArcMC) to manage the IT infrastructure
tuning of event management when necessary
implementation services
You should be able to
deploy and configure a Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security (ES), including the hardware
migrating existing ESM use-cases and integrations to Splunk and configuring event transit and ingestion from ArcSight Loggers to Splunk
These items will be deployed in independent architectures for NATO Restricted, NATO Secret, and a test/reference environment.
