A local authority has issued a tender for the supply of ephedrine sulphate injections.
You must be able to:
supply Ephedrine Sulphate Injection, 30mg in 1 ml that are preservative-free
supply 170,000 ampules/vials or a minimum of 119,000 ampules/vials with an English translation for the product
Expire dates should be in English and/or Arabic numerals and in a clear and comprehensible format.
Products must have:
the generic name prominently displayed on the product label in a clear and conspicuous manner
have a shelf life of at least 18 months from the date of delivery
You will need to provide:
an estimated chemical analysis test frequency of once per year with a quantity of 5 units
an estimated microbiological test frequency of once per year with a quantity of 14 units
The contract is for 3 years with a possible extension of 2 years.
Completed applications should be submitted in person or ‘by courier’ before 4pm (GMT) on 12 May 2020.
