Object of the contract
Location: Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan.
The Awarding Authority who are seeking to establish a contract for Kidney Transporter Consumables that are compatible with a Continuous Hypothermic Kidney Perfusion Preservation Machine (current trade marked as Lifeport) and utilised in the Nephrology and Transplant department. Consumables must be compatible with the Lifeport equipment and the solution is currently stored in a pharmaceutical fridge at a +2°C to +8°C operating temperature range.

The contract will be awarded on an initial three year basis with a two year extension option (at annual intervals) at the Health Board’s sole discretion.

3. The Contracting Authority will not accept completed ITT’s after the stated closing date.
4. All documents to be priced (where applicable) in sterling and all payments made in sterling.
5. All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of the bidders.
