4. Description: YPO conducted an FTS tender to establish the Liquid Fuels – 1173 Framework Agreement. The framework will run from October 2023 – October 2027 (+1+1 Extension Options).

The framework offers Liquid Fuels, Fuel Tanks & Fuel Cards across a total of 27 Lots. Lots 1-24 are customer collaborative Lots which are only accessible ny that customer. They allow the option to direct award or reopen competition through a mini-competition.

Rochdale Borough Council are able to access Lot 1 (AGMA) call-off agreement.The purpose of this contract is to procure the supply of liquid fuels for Environmental Management’s fleet of vehicles, plant and machinery.
