A co-founder of commercial entities owning agricultural lands is looking for a partner for industrial, agricultural or food production
A co-founder of commercial entities in Kostroma region owns lands with the total area of 1600ha. Currently lands are being cultivated and engaged in crop production. The plots of land vary in their size (60 plots in total). To ensure more effective development of assets, the investor is in search of a partner for organising industrial, agricultural or food production on the territory.
The preferred form of cooperation is participation in construction of facilities in capacity of a General Contractor or Co-investor. The investor also offers:
