The awarding authority are looking to procure a supplier for the provision of hyperbaric medical chambers
The supply chain will be required to:
Delivery and installation up to 3 three hyperbaric medical chambers for four locations between 04/2022 and 05/2025. Supply and operation are part of the client or other subcontractors. The chambers must comply with the UK standards of hyperbaric work.
Part of the delivery requirements will be to engage in provision of early technical support to enable the contractor to develop suitable foundation arrangements at each of the locations, this will also include engagement with third parties during the development of our detailed requirements.
Operation time (TBM drive) : Location 1: 04/2022 – 02/2024
Location 2: 04/2023 – 05/2024
Location 3: 12/2023 – 05/2025
Location 4: 01/2023 – 03/2023
In view of program changes the number of operating chambers in parallel may change.
The operating time is directly connected to the TBM drive.
In reason of limited operation time the preferred procurement option is rental.

Successfully shortlisted supplier’s will be those with verifiable experience, and the appropriate resources to deliver the scope of works. Supplier’s may then be invited to the project, to formally demonstrate their experience and capabilities. As an alternative phone/webinar interviews may be conducted.
Shortlisted suppliers will be sent a PQQ request and successful suppliers will be invited to a competitive tender for the works and services whereby final selection will be based upon a balanced scorecard assessment. The criteria of this assessment will consider quantitative and qualitative evidence supplied by tenderer’s.
On selection, shortlisted supplier’s will be issued with a formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) to demonstrate their ability to work with these values and behaviours in mind, whilst proving their demonstration of capabilities and competence
