A pro-forma quotation return indicating the actual parameters of the equipment proposed must be submitted with your tender, including the retail price and appropriate discount for the basket of spares requested.
Quotations will be reviewed on quality, whole life cost, carbon emissions, fuel economy and on efficiency of service basis so it would assist the reviewer if as much detail as possible could be provided.
