An educational institute has issued a tender to supply an advanced upright microscope.
Description
You must be able to supply and install a multi-photon imaging system.
It must have either a Universal Motorised Stage (UMS) for the microscope body frame or with a Microscope Motorised Movable Base Plate (MMBP) for supporting detection optics and scanning functions.
You must also supply and install a set of pre-compensated infrared lasers for deep multiphoton excitation. It should have
system control
acquisition software
a fluorescene attachment
You will need to provide:
on-site operations training
complete software and hardware training
a demonstration of advanced applications to users
pre-installation site inspections preparation visits at least 2 months before delivery
installation and testing of the system within a month of delivery
These must be at no additional cost.
You will also need to:
deliver equipment within 3 – 4 months after the purchase order date
provide at least 3 years comprehensive warranty
schedule a regular 6 months on-site preventive measure visit during the warranty period
The microscope will be used for deep in-vivo imaging in behaving animal models
