4. Description: The awarding authority is seeking to secure the supply of ERW steel tubing to the awarding authority
The awarding authority operates as a commercial business which manufactures and supplies high quality tubular steel and plastic “Aids to Daily Living”, with a range of approximately 300 different products.
The purpose of this tender is to establish a framework agreement, with a list of suppliers who are able to meet Cefndy’s requirements regarding quantity, frequency, dimension, finish and packaging as detailed in the attached specification document. Cefndy wish to partner with suppliers who can focus on cost, quality and service level, delivering value for money and savings.
Due to fluctuation in metal market prices, a mini competition will be held with successful parties to the framework every 3 months.
There is a requirement for laser cut tube to be supplied as part of this framework agreement (drawings provided).
