4. Description: The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire (PCC) is looking to appoint one or two providers for the provision of mobile automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) equipment for vehicles. This requirement will include the provision of the equipment only – support and maintenance are not required. This procurement process will be run under the EU Open procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and will be divided into two lots:

Lot 1 – Mobile ANPR Technology including infrared night-time capability and secure live connectivity
Lot 2 – Mobile ANPR Technology including infrared night-time capability and secure live connectivity with additional Video Recording and Speed Enforcement technology
