An educational institute has issued a tender to supply a Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) system.
You should be able to supply a III-V MBE system that has electricity of:
220 volts plus minus (±)10% in single phase
380 volts ±10% in 3 phases
50 hertz
It must have:
an ambient temperature of 15 to 25°C
a relative humidity between 5% to 75%
chambers for loadlocking, buffering, degassing and growth
The system must be non-condensing.
It will be used to grow III-V semiconductor wafers of up to 4 inches.
You will need to supply at least:
one week training in factory for system introduction, sample transfer and software control
one year warranty after acceptance of the tender
You will need to:
get the tender form directly from the buyer’s office
submit your completed tender submission to the buyer’s tender box in-person or by courier
