The subject of this order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane group E (GZ-50) natural gas at a pressure not lower than 1.6 kPa to installations located in facilities indicated in Annex 1 (EXEL), in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 755, as amended) and the executive regulations issued thereunder, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. The Ordering Party shall not allow partial offers to be submitted.
The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive service within the meaning of Article 3 item 30 of the Energy Law, including
(a) sale of group E gaseous fuel (GZ-50) at a pressure of not less than 1,6 kPa to the installation;
(b) the transmission or distribution of gaseous fuel to delivery points.
As this order is being awarded to a designated Purchasing Group, it has been divided into 10 portions:
