12. Other information: The nitrogen truck should be capable to charge (0 to 350 kg/cm2 to aircraft (MiG-29, F-7 series, Yak-130 and K-8W aircraft system and its missile system).
The nitrogen truck system should be compatible to be charged from outside nitrogen bottle with the help of compressor or from the bottles directly.
The nitrogen truck must have the provision to transfer nitrogen gas from one group/bank of nitrogen bottles to another group/bank of nitrogen bottles when pressure of the bottles decreases.
The truck should:
be 4 by 4 right hand drive
have a minimum of 6 wheels
have air assisted hydraulic brake
a maximum driving speed of at least 80 KM/H
have 4 by front wheel drive with automatic and manual gears
have a steel body, fabricated with a steel chassis
be fitted with foot step at both side of the driver cabin door and van
have mudguard flaps rear of each wheel
have a chassis with a ground clearance of not be less than 300 mm
have a van door both side with handle
have sufficient space to keep the hose pipe at the rear
have a roof that can be removed part by part
It should have a diesel engine that:
is 4 stroke cycle and has 6 cylinders in line
has a minimum 150 horse power or more
has an engine displacement of minimum 5,800 cc or more
has a cooling system that is water cooled
electric system of 12/24 V DC
battery capacity of 100/120 AH
has fuel tank capacity of not less than 120 litres
