About the Opportunity:
This Notice is for potential suppliers to agree and sign a NDA only.
Awarding Authority are keen to hear from potential suppliers capable of manufacturing brackets to drawing and/or specification. Base material is aluminium and the production process can include cutting/profiling, bending, machining, welding etc., and could include fitting ancillary items e.g. Threaded Inserts.
Due to the safely critical nature of our products, train manufacture and the servicing/maintenance aspect of our business, we require any potential supplier to be able to provide a clause-by-clause response to several important documents such as a capability questionnaire, ethical and responsible procurement questionnaire, general terms and conditions, and a specific terms and conditions document. It is important to understand these are mandatory and unfortunately they are not small documents!
Prior to receiving any of these documents or the fully specified enquiry BT require the prospective supplier to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement. This is the purpose of this Notice.

Our sites at Ilford and Crewe provide heavy maintenance services that add value and extend the life of rolling stock assets in the UK.
