The Awarding Authority are currently designing and planning to deliver part of the biggest infrastructure project the Specified Location has seen in decades.
As an industry we have traditionally struggled to innovate and find ourselves lagging behind other sectors.
We have a unique opportunity on this project to engage the wider supply chain early in order to find and capture innovation. We’re looking for new ideas that will help our industry become;

Leaner
Faster & more efficient
More cost effective and productive
More environmentally friendly (i.e. reducing carbon, noise, dust & pollution, and waste)
More sustainable

About the buyer’s selection process:
Through this expression of interest you are registering your intent to share with Eiffage Kier and HS2, ideas for innovations that could be used on the HS2 Main Works Civils Contracts
An innovation is a product, service or idea that will add value over and above current industry best practice
All questions on the innovation profiling questionnaire will be scored out of 5 (1 being low confidence and 5 being high confidence)
Upon successful shortlisting your innovation will be communicated to the HS2 innovation panel. If approved an Innovation Execution Plan will then be required to plan the implementation and realization of the innovation.
