A defence authority has issued a tender for an oxygen truck with diaphragm type compressor
You must be able to supply a truck with:
20 bottles of oxygen
a working pressure capacity of 100 to 350 kg/cm2 and a testing pressure capacity of 500kg/cm2
a diesel engine that is not less than 150 horse power
6 cylinders
a 4 stroke engine
an approximately 6 litre electric system
water cooled battery capacity
a 8 to 10k metre or litre alternator
a fuel tank capacity of 12VDC/24VDC
Country of origin: UK/USA/EU/Japan.
The oxygen truck is wanted to supply oxygen (0 to 350 kg/cm2) to aircraft MIG-29B, F-7/FT-7BG, F-7/FT7BGI, F7-MB/FT-7B, K-8W, YAK-130 and L-39.
The truck must be able to transfer oxygen gas from 1 set of truck bottles to other set bottles decreases.
The oxygen truck system can be charged from outside oxygen bottles with the help of compressor.
The aircraft charging system from truck bottles will be done by a compressor and by-pass-system.
