Description
You must satisfy minimum criteria to qualify for the contract award including:
a minimum average annual turnover over the last 5 years of at least 3 million euros
successful completion of at least 2 similar contracts within the last 5 years
no consistent history of litigation awards against the contractor within the last 5 years
registration in the Bulgarian Construction Chamber or the recognised UK equivalent
suitably qualified staff
balance sheets for the last 5 years
