The University requires to contract a supplier to maintain and service the dry riser and sprinkler systems throughout the entire John Anderson Campus. The maintenance of Dry risers will be required every 6 months (full hydraulic test annually) with quarterly maintenance to the Sprinkler systems to ensure all equipment is in correct working order. The University currently has 36 Dry risers and 3 sprinkler systems.
Further details of maintenance schedules will be provided as part of the Commercial Pricing Schedule to assist in providing quotes.
