PURCH2277 PROVISION OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF A CUSTOMER FEEDBACK SOLUTION FOR THE PERIOD OF THREE YEARS WITH TWO OPTIONS TO EXTEND FOR UP TO 12 MONTHS EACH.
The University of Glasgow’s Commercial Services and Student Services departments are tendering for a new Customer Experience feedback solution which can provide departments with real time customer feedback to departments. The system will provide functionality for individual outlets and services to evaluate their performance based on the solutions functionality. The system will be used throughout different University departments and therefore separate costs are required.
