Description
It is looking for technology solutions that will allow them to capture visitor data, trace behaviour and consumption patterns. This will allow them to deliver a seamless and personalised visitor experience.
The agency is looking for 2 solutions.
Solution 1:
automate registration and access
integrate with single sign-on services
profile guest visitation patterns
deliver seamless experience
identify and correlate user engagements across activities and touch points (online and offline)
deliver improved and personalised experiences
Solution 2:
build a visitor profile through the collection of behaviour and visitor patterns
allow for effective cross-marketing and audience development
sense-make consolidated data-sets on a near-immediate basis with a clear data analysis tool that can be customised
allow for personalised experiences to be delivered as part of solution 1
Both solutions should be able to work on existing infrastructure and platforms with minimal investments for new applications or infrastructure.
They should also be applied across a range of indoor and outdoor activities and leverage visitors’ typical daily transaction modes.
You must be able to demonstrate your prototype within Singapore.
