The countries of Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States have embarked on the Caribbean Digital Transformation Project (Digital Caribbean). The objective of the project is to increase access to digital services, technologies and skills by governments, businesses and individuals in the participating Eastern Caribbean countries.
The Project has 4 components:
Digital Enabling Environment component
Digital Government Infrastructure, Platforms, and Services component This component has two subcomponents.
Digital Skills and Technology Adoption component
Project Implementation Support component
