with communication for remote reading

You should be able to provide:
10,000 units with an electronic main unit for NB-IOT module
40,000 units with an electronic main unit for LoRaWAN module
All meters should:
be of type DN20, IP68, PN16 multi-jet, dry type
provide magnetic transmission
have a minimum length of 190mm, minimum height of 100mm and minimum weight of 1,100 grams)
have a pulse output integrated with electronic and mechanical displays
They should have a valve and energy unit as a single device
You should also be able to provide a 5 year guarantee.
